I sent them $1800 through Western Union and they were going to ship the bike i purchased and then when I received it I pay the other half owed. They took the money and even made me believe they shipped it but it never showed up. They have since changed the phone number from 863-509-8338. They don't return any calls or emails. The guys names are Jose and Brian. Do Not deal with these guys! They will take your money and never ship the product! I received a phone call from Boswell Capital stating that I was approved for a loan in the amount of $20, 000. However, in order to receive the loan, I would have to send to Boswell $2, 300. This would cover six month's of payments inadvance. I was not obligated to make a payment until November if I did not want to. Once the money was wired via X - Y bank transfer, the funds would immediately be deposited into my bank account. Then within seven to ten days I would receive a welcome package. placed an order for a log splitter on www.omegastores.com. The only way to place an order is to give them your checking account routing number. DO NOT DO THIS. They quoted a price of $439.99, but withdrew $649.99 from my account. I never received the product, and the only way to communicate with this company is through an AOL e-Mail account. They will provide a UPS Tracking number but never actually ship the product. I have had to file a police report, a Bank Fraud Report, and change my checking account. I ordered gift certificates for Omaha Steaks through Giftcertificates.com in Jan 05. Certificates were received via email the next day. However I soon found out that Omaha Steak does not allow the use of the certificates on their site or normal phone number. You have to order through a dedicated site. Indicates that Visioneer scanners suffer from a problem that noticably slows down computers. It further states that the problem is driver-related and correctable by the authors of the drivers. I had a terrible customer service experience with Up Country, King Street Toronto. In April, I ordered a carpet for $1600 and told it would be here in six weeks. Two months went by and I called the store where they told me it would be another 2 weeks. Three weeks elapses then I phones the Manager Pat Robertson. She said she would look into it and call me in a day. Three days went by and no call. I then went to the store to talk to her. She assured me it would be another month or so. I have a complaint reguarding the company RKDM Novelties. I think that they are a bogus company and that they are stealing money from people. I ordered a product from their website December 6th 2005, and paid $11.95 for 2-3 day shipping to Canada. I didn't receive the product and all of my attempts to contact them have failed. I ordered a table from hippygift.com over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have called numerous times and left messages I have also sent 4 e-mails which no one has returned. Their site promises if you send an e-mail someone will reply within 48 hours. I finally have had to call my credit card company to see if they can get my money back. This internet-based company sells cell phones and Nextel-Sprint plans and is located in IL. They offered a $100. per phone rebate, I ordered 2 phones. I specifically asked the sales person (Janet) if there was a waiting period to send the rebate form & upc's in, and she said "no, send them in right away". I send the forms in, and got a response that I forfeited my rebate by mailing the forms before the 6-month waiting period. I wish to air my issues on the so called Tradesman Phones, we have 3 and after 6 months had not been happy with the battery life, covers and irregular miscalls due to not hearing the the ring tones. I started complaining about a problem with the finish. The service department would not return my call and I could not get anyone to come out and see it. By 2008 I am still getting no response and it is now evident that my whole pool needs to be resurfaced which is very, very expensive. Gerber Toilets have a weak flush and clog easily I have six Gerber 1.6 gpf toilets and they all work the same. Terrible! All six require multiple flushes to clear the bowl and if you use any toilet paper, better hold the flush lever 8 to 10 seconds. This is definitely NOT a flush and forget. One of the six clogs more often than the others, even when holding the flush lever down, and I'm half tempted to rip two of them off the floor and check for manufacturing differences. I am about to permanently dump iPayment and 1st National Processing because of poor customer service regarding chargebacks and risk management. They are holding $1367 of my batch funds with no interest for 2 months and they did so without bothering to inform me. When I inquired I found their reasons were bogus and faulty and they still have not bothered to apologize. I also have lost $600 because of 1st National's inability to deal with a bogus chargeback which the customer told his bank he was no longer contesting. When I explained to Adelphia that I wanted cable internet connection they said it was no problem to send out two separate bills. Mine consisting of 29.95 for internet only. I saw the cooking area, rice and other food was scatterd all over the floor and on the shellf it was nasty. They have a 120 volt current carrying power cord duct taped to the floor to power a display near the customer service area. As a former electrician I say with all certainty that this violates at least one section of the National Electrical Code... and is a very dangerous hazard for customers and employees alike as it is in an area of major traffic.
