Purchased 10 piece Faberware, which was on sale for $99.00 (regular price $199.00). Purchased at Foley's Department Store, in Baton Rouge, LA., on Florida Avenue, January 27 or 28. I noticed on my latest statement that GE Money Bank who runs the credit services for the Lowes Visa card, changed my due date without notice or warning from the 4th of the following month after the statement issue date, to the 30th of the SAME month of the statement issue date. I had automatic payments set up through my bank's bill pay to pay the bill at least two days prior to the due date, which was on the 2nd of the month. Paid this attorney $1000.00 to have a restraining order re-en-stated. The only thing I got was ripped off, he filed the wrong papers with the court even after I told him what paper the court said needed to be filed.He did not listen to me and just filed the ones that I had said were not the right ones. I bought or my son bought for me as a gift, this washer and dryer in 2007. It has been serviced 2 times and it still will not get anything clean. It never has and I've tried everything to get my clothes clean. I just bought a samsung fridge from lowes 3 weeks ago and it will not make enough ice for 4 let alone I have a family of 6. In December of 2008, I went to Western Dental to get a thorough cleaning and any cavitys fixed. Not realizing Western Dental caters to low income, I decided to go there because it was close to my house. It is now April of 2009 and it's been nothing but a nightmare. What a fiasco! I ordered an 8" pearl bracelet in March. What arrived was a 7" bracelet in an 8" package. I called and was given a number, with instructions to put that number on the return package, which I was told to mail USPS, insured.
