Help! A family member that was desperate for money knew my personal information used it and took out a line of credit loan totaling 17, 000.00 dollars at 24.99% interest. I only found out because I received a phone call from someone at Beneficial asking if I wanted to try and lower the loan by refinancing my house and use the equity to pay the loan off because other wise it was going to take 30 years to pay off! I purchased a car from Ugly Duckling in 1997. After having the car for less than two months, the car died on a major Hwy and my car was towed to the nearest car repair shop by request of a police officer. I purchased a puppy from Lily's Puppy Pad last summer. So many things went wrong, it was an absolute nightmare! They knowingly sold me a lemon! I understand I bought it 'as is', but still had some expectation it would last longer than 320 miles. I didn't buy it from someone off the street, I bought it from a dealer? 1 week after I bought it, the valves started tapping. I signed and paid for a contract with SEARS to install a dishwasher I purchased from them. The installation date on the contract was for April 4, 2009. We waited most of the day for them ..calling them many times. They did not show up on April 4, 2009. I advised Sainsbury’s of an address change back in September 2005, they failed to up-date my records. I consequently did not get any statements so received arrears letters to my new address and paid in December. I actually had filed a complaint on the Culver's website on March 1st, but have yet to receive any response. My husband and I usually go to our local Culver's in Owatonna, MN for lunch every Wednesday for their Chicken Salad Sandwich special. Three of the past five visits we encountered very unpleasant large size chicken bones in the chicken salad. My girlfriend had order flowers for my father, who at the time, was in the hospital. She ordered a bouquet that was $43.30 with tax. once the payment hit her bank account, they had taken $433.30 out of her account. Simple mistake right? I received a "great deal" for a 2-year renewal of AutoWeek Magazine. Turns out this is a scam company. I mailed a check in February 2008 and by April I had never received any magazines. When calling their customer service numbers they had no record of my renewal even though I have a canceled check that says otherwise. I did some internet research on Magazine Billing Services and found that other people are having the same issues with other magazines as well. I would like to know why the Hechts store at the Cary Town Centre in Cary, NC does not carry prom dresses.
