Omega Debt had PDM International charge our credit card account $990.00 us for services to reduce our interest rate on our credit cards. After several months with not hearing back we called to find out they had done nothing.We requested a refund but Omega Debt said we had to call PDM Intl because they were the ones who took the money out of our credit account. The charge was on 02/08/08. We requested the refund with many calls from 11/07/08 when we were told we had to call PDM. Scott Tubbs advertises a business opportunity for sales trainers. He tells them that he will train them for his business and he will set them up to become trainers who go out to car dealerships, interview the prospective car salesmen, then do a three day training class for the ones who supposedly are chosen. I did my research before hand, and new there were complaints and no guarantees of work. But with two busy parent schedules it seemed like an easy option to pay a company to market your child for you, especially if the success stories were true. Of course now with our contract, I can't find any contact info or photography places to get my child's picture updated through... I buy a package of papers often and at the same store, Super Jr. on Nailor Road in Vicksburg. I consistently pay almost $3 for a package of 5 to 7 papers. It says there are 24 in a pack, but that has not been my experience. The last 3 packs I've bought have had no less than 5 but no more than 7, I do not know why but I am of a mind to change brands...this one isn't working. Also, I may change the store I do business with. In today's economy we must make sure we get our monies worth or don't buy it. Now I am being charged 87.13 because in the fine print, I was actually opening an account whereby I would be sent the product each month and be charged each month. Sent order Feb. 21, 2009 . Order went in with wrong tint for sunglasses. I e-mailed them right away and followed up with a phone call in the morning. Was assured the order would be changed. Took six weeks for them to send the glasses and what a joke. Not only was the tint on the sunglasses wrong, both pair of glasses looked like something you would get at a drug store. I started receiving calls from the "Law Offices of Jason Head" a few months ago. The debt was discharged in my bankruptcy 7 years ago. They won't stop calling, they won't send me a letter detailing the debt and are getting continually nasty. They called my father's home but he blew them off. This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee.
