I purchased in January 2010 vehicle service warranty for my 2003 GMC Envoy. My car had less than 60, 000 miles. I sent a letter of cancellation on April 27, 2010 and was received by Access Warranty, May 5, 2010. In the letter I included the total mileage reading. I contacted the company in August because monthly payments were still be deducted from mychecking account [$140.33]. I was told I failed to provide an authorized mileage reading. I faxed a oil change report dated May 2010. I called a few days ago and was told they just canceled my policy. I should receive a "prorated check" in 60 days. If and when I get the so called prorated check it certainly will not be five months of fees deducted. Stay clear of this company and pray God's wrath will come upon them.
