Without a doubt, these people at Academy Collection Services, Inc., Philadelphia, PA are the rudest, horrible people I have ever in my life come up against. My wife made the mistake of taking her car to Pep Boys at 215 E. Katella in Orange, California to have her brakes checked. She received no call from them regarding the repair costs so when she went to get the car at the end of the day it had new brakes front and rear and two new Futura GLS 185-65R14 tires. I began this annuity last year, aware that we were and remain in a period of rising interest rates. The introductory rate was 4.75%, a very good rate, although not excessive. Now Genworth seems to be low-balling the interest rate for 2006, perhaps to make up for the introductory rate. Some of the statements in this complaint are misleading. Such as the one about the steel not being setback correctly. In fact the customers survey was incorrect. The survey was incorrect when initially presented to us with respect to the location of the fence. The customer even had it changed to reflect a different location. I have never been in a situation where the dentist was so unprofessional. While I was with my son having an exam done the dentist "raked over the coals" the dental hygenist in front of everyone! There's a Federal Law which prohibits the taking of Social Security and retirment funds by collection agencies. The Hanna collection firm did exactly this from a bank account in Fitzgerald, Ga. Already had FiOS Internet for nine months and ordered the telephone service. Took 40 minutes on the phone to process the order and the representative provided an installation date of 4/22 from 8-12. Took the morning off from work and at 1130 I called and was told the scheduled installation date was 5/1.
