Realizing I could not afford (due to illness) the secured funds they wanted, I called at least twice and was told it was a binding contract and that I would lose whatever monies I had alreeady given them as a credit card security. However, Christina Graves of Manarch Media agreed to stop harrassing us for the "payment to finalize the contract". But she is now harrasing me to retract the complaint we made on this website. I believe Globaltel is the biggest ripoff there ever was. I have been calling to set up an acount several times only to be told they haven't received my fax. They promised a free gas card if I would look at the material. They billed me on 4/1/09 for postage/handling for $4.95 each ($9.90)for Journey Pass and Valu Pass. When I saw the charges on my bank statement I called the number listed. The same number was used by both companies. I told them to cancel both memberships and they only cancelled the Valu Pass. Ordered 6 lavender plants on March 23, 2009. The company cashed my check for $12.90 on April 2, 2009. To date, I have not received my plants and when you try to call their number, you cannot get through and the call gets disconnected. They not only charged for their plants, they charged shipping and handling. After viewing all the complaints on the web, I guess I got taken too. This company is FRAUDULENT. I paid for some molds in November 2008. As of this writing I have not received any merchandise. I have received a couple of e-mails from them, but never received the merchandise. We installed them on two of our vehicles and experienced neither.
