Cyberwize
Homer April 29, 2009
Cyberwize, a multilevel marketing company, uses bait and switch methods, and DOES NOT fully disclose member"rules" when signing you up. Commissions (if you ever get one)are paid on a debit card were you learn that EACH transaction is posted at a fee, monthly dollar requirements are explained, but NOT the fact that the DOLLAR amount does not equal the "BV"(buyer volume) amount. (example: $74.95 product purchase=50 BV) At sales meetings, new "distributors" are signed up with a powerful sales pitch, only to hear later... read full review »

I used carrentals.com and reserved a car with Dollar rental. I paid the deposit and had my reservation numbers etc. When I went to pick up the car Dollar would not rent it to me since the card used was a debit card. It was going to be used to take a trip from Naples to Orlando, Fla. to see our children and grandchildren that came down from Maine. We had not seen them in over two years and had already paid for the motels, Disney tickets, etc. Since we could not rent a car; we could not go. The disappointment was huge. I ordered this program online and they offered a "no questions asked" refund. I asked for a refund and they started asking questions. I told them it was too slow and they offered suggestions. The suggestions still did not speed it up to my satisfaction, so I asked for the refund again. They asked more questions and I said I was not satisfied so I would like a refund. Here is the transcript of what happened: Question: I would like a refund of my $97. Please tell me what I need to do to get this. This program does not work to my satisfaction. read full review »

I periodically receive phone calls from (866) 578-4773 [Allied Interstate], which I understand via research is a collection agency of sorts. As I am virtually debt free, the company has no reason to contact me. I have blocked the number so it only shows as a missed call now. Typically, I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. However, I did one day and the automated system gave over to a person who asked for someone I have never even heard of, let alone knew. The caller was belligerent and frankly not of a rational mind. They also told us they would stop the interest accumalating on the credit cards and the bank loan we had. read full review »

We have had an Aussie Bonza 3 gas grill for 4 years and it has crumbled from the inside out. Originally, we thought this grill was sturdy enough to last 10 years or more and we loved the way it cooked. After only 4 years, the grill still looks great from the outside but the main body of the grill has rusted out from the inside and all of the burners fell out through the bottom. We never used any corrosives or any cleaners on the grill to cause this to happen. Looks like we'll be going back to the old aluminum body grills. read full review »
