I ordered the product, Acia Advanced, after I read that Dr. OZ had recommended it. I then learned (after I ordered it) that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card by that company, in that they place in the small print, apparently, that they are doing that, but I never saw it. This business apparently works in conjunction with auto and truck accessory warehouse businesses throughout the country to distribute the products they list on their website. On October 24, 2005, I had the misfortune of ordering a queen sleeper from Kensington Furniture on Route 38 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This company has since moved and changed their name to Prime Environment on Route 73 in Marlton, New Jersey. In December of 2008 I bought a Gaggia Carezza espresso coffee maker. When I began using the coffee machine it seemed to work fine, but within one month it broke down when the steam mechanism failed. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture for my expected newborn about 6 weeks ago. I was told that the furniture would take 7 to 14 business days to arrive. I ordered sunglasses on May 12. Time club charged my credti card on May 16. They promised 3-5 day delivery after processing. It is now June 1 and I have no sunglasses, nor have they responded to three emails. I find from complaints .com that this is not unusual. This company stated I would recieve a free yearly credit report at no charge to me there was a box marked for a free trial in their credit monitoring services I removed the check from the box. I am a media rep who worked with MY Big Fat Greek Restaurant on a television ad campaign. All of the owner's collectively signed a 6 month contract. The total of the contract was $84, 000. They agreed to pay within 30 days of recieving their invoices. Not only did they NOT pay withing 30 days, but 6 months later, they have only paid $7, 000 on their balance. Recently they have been turned over to collections. Not only was I lied to (several times), but this deal caused me to lose thousands of dollars in commission. Emails and hard copy mailers were received that stated that for preferred customers who had registered on Ringling Bros. website, that if tickets are purchased early, there would be a 20% discount. The fact is that this is a bait and switch. When the 20% discount key code is placed into the Ticketmaster purchase window, the only seats with a 20% discount are the seats in the nose bleed section that no one is interested in purchasing. We had a $15, 000.00 Sunroom added on to our home in 2005. This year during the heavy rainstorms we have had, the roof leaked and I called Betterliving and the woman there said she would take my name and number and get a service man out to us when "Someone is in the area", not what you want to hear when your roof is leaking, and also stated it will cost 75.00 an hour for thier service. Purchased car new in 2001 in Illinois. on 8/9/04, the transmission failed and was replaced with only 10, 723 miles. On 12/29/06 took car in (with 27, 302 miles) and complained of transmission issues. Told cars transmission within specs. Again took car in on 7/7/07 (32, 625 miles) with transmission issue and again told car was operating within specs. Transmission issues continued. I am writing in regards to a pair of your Dr.Schools shoes I purchased recently. The shoe name is “Michelle”, they are Black in color, the item number is 258994235. These particular shoes have the gel-pac insoles in them. My complaint is that I have only worn the shoes 3 times and already the gel-pac insole has come loose on both shoes.
