I worked at Bayshore Fitness and Wellness Center for over a year and always picked up my paycheck at the office. When i quit they did not give me a chioice to pick my last check, but sent via mail. I never got my check. Since i always picked up my checks in the office i don't know if they really sent it and if they did, to what address. Now they demand that i pay $25 dollars in cash (strange) for stop payment on the original check before they will give me the new one. Andrew Webber bid on a web design project for me. We came to an agreement and he took a deposit. He then became "slow" in delivering anything- then had a strong of "personal issues" which kept him from finishing- then admitted he wasn't going to complete the project and said he would refund my deposit. I called on the 21st of April, 2009, and spoke with Mr. Bernstein Hurst about making me a new trailer. We talked about a 18' fender trailer with a 2' dovetail, with two 7k# axles with fold up ramps, rub rail, 8" channel frame and tongue. We purchased a SLG 2006 B gas grill from Lowes in October of 2006. We have only used a total of two tanks of propane and with no warning after starting the grill for the first time this year April 2009 the grill catches on fire. From the looks of the fire it started from the burnes to the outside of the grill. We have see recalls for the other model but have not found a recall on this model. I paid a few thousand dollars to have legal backing while negotitating my mortgage payment and hired and paid Rodis. It has been 4 months and now paperwork has been sent from my mortgage company to a lawyer for foreclosure. jjt was to put hold on foreclosure and as of 5/6, there is no hold. I purchased this hunk of junk back in August 2008. It did fine for about 6 months, then the screen started to flicker (jump). I contacted Acer Support (Technical Support). This company did a bad job siding my house. They had to come back and redo the siding because it was crooked. Furthermore, they put the wrong color siding on there. note, I have evidence beyond a resonable doubt on this issue. They did not clean up and left nails on the ground. May 10th, 2009 I called the Bakery shop and the phone rang 7 times before someone from the Customer Service desk picked up. He puts me on hold without telling me, and I waited for 3 min. The first red flags on the 30-disc "Nash Bridges" series I ordered for my wife's birthday started flying the minute the package arrived -- from China. The second set went up when we started trying to watch. The discs, obviously pirated, have no episode index, and since each disk reverts to start every time it is turned off, that means one must watch all four episodes on each one or lose numbers three and four.
