On March 24th, 2009, I order vontage phone service. the service rep. told me I had to have high speed internet, she reconmended 3 companies in my area. At&t, Comcast, and Clearwire. I chose Clearwire. After getting set up on Clearwire, and Vontage phone, the phone service was very bad, there would be a long pause and a delay between my talking with someone. I was similiarly scammed as described below: I went to razorgator.com to purchase tickets to a yankee game. I was misled and was instead sold tickets to a resturant. Then, when I tried to dispute the purchase, like below, I was told that "I should have known better!" Basically implying that I was an idiot. I bought a prepaid debit card for my college child. Unforunatly she somehow misplaced the activation receipt. I spent the last few months trying to activate or get a refund for the card. I have spent several months talking to customer service presonnel who speak and UNDERSTAND very little english. I am tired of trying to get problems solved from customer service individuals in another country. The language difference is very difficult to deal with. This Website is only good if you want to pay $500.00 for a cheap knock off Chanel, LV, Gucci or Coach. The seller alludes to be selling authentic, slightly used handbags, using all the proper markings of an original handbag, but the purses are all fake. I ordered the trial product and before I recieved it I was billed for my next shipment. I have been leasing for 15+ years and never got a bill in the mail when I returned my vehicle. As we know when we return our vehicles they are detailed. There are some surface scratches on my truck that could be rubbed out and I replaced a tire for $180 and since it wasn't identicle to the other tires, they charged me $175. They are totally unethical and a total ripoff con artists. My girlfriend booked this moving company. When she called they told her that all the moving boxes and packaging material were free. But once we got to the destination they started charging for the boxes, the packaging around your mattress. This came to be an additional $200 to the original estimate. And they would not unload unless I pay the additional amount. For quite some time I have been going to LabCorp in EastLake Fla. Because they are a PPO Provider on my insurance plan. American eVoice stated that I signed up for their voice mail service for $14.95 per month by clicking on a web page icon requesting the service, sometime before 2/19.2009. They say I received a confirmation email on 2/19/2009 telling me what the service is and how to cancel it. The first charge was added to my Verizon telephone bill on 2/24/2009. This company does nothing to sell your timeshare, besides list it on a web page. They will answer your calls until you pay them. Once you pay them they do not help, they do not broker for you, or even update your page. I called repeadly back and they wanted me to update my page.
