I returned a defective fry pan to them. I sent it certified mail. They received it. Two months later, no replacement pan and no response to my inquiries. When you offer a warranty that you don't intend to honor, and people buy under the pretense that the warranty is valid, this constitutes fraudulent inducement. This is a felony. On May 6, 2009, I brought my 3 year old male cat to the County Animal Hospital in Yonkers, NY to have a lump checked. I explained to the veterinarian, Dr. Brian Young, that this cat was mostly feral, and that although I could handle him easily, he was still very fearful of other humans and would probably have difficulty being handled. My family and I have been using Oasis Florist for over twenty years. They have always been more than friendly. Every arrangement we have sent looks more expensive than what we paid for. I requested a changed in my order after finding the mistake in regards to the amount of mg. and emailed customer sercvice immediately since there is no contact number to call and asked an estimate on how long the delivery was going to be. after two emails, my request for change was never made and delivery to the post office was finally made on 5/10/09. I entered into a contract with this Contractor to replace windows and siding on my home. The contract price was for $5000 and he asked for $2500 upfront to buy materials and I agreed. Don't sign any contract at the Omni club gym. The sales people will tell you anything to get you to sign. Read everything before you sign the contract and don't believe anything they say. This company managed a home that my senior citizen mother owned out of state. They never got the rent to her by even the 15th of the month for a single month during the entire year of 2008. I visited Zips for the 1st time on Saturday 3/14/09. I don't know why it happened but about 1/2 way through the tunnel my car stopped moving and I felt the left side raise & drop as the mechanical "Feet" on the conveyor rolled out from under my car. There is a company calling themselves Inside Hollywood that claims to put businesses in Blockbuster video stores. Bill Littlefield - DO NOT BUY THIS it is a total scam. They never put anything anywhere, and in the one case where they did, they put all of the customers 50 miles away from their stores. They say they are going to play TV commercials and they never do. The number on the publication is disconnected. It's a total scam. They put you on a site that looks like a child made it. Over 50 businesses have been taken already. When I had not received the product by 2/10/2009, I attempted to call them, but found it difficult to speak with a "real" person. On May 21, 2008 Rocket Paving installed an asphalt driveway at my residence. Upon completion of the job, I paid in full for their services and received a receipt with a 2 year guarantee in writing. This spring tree roots caused bulging of the pavement and the pavement is deteriorating in other areas. I too was scammed by this so called self help company. They have been charging my account for 3 or 4 months for $19.95. I have tried to the best of my ability to correct the situation. I have never heard of this company, nor signed up for it. They don't list their phone # on the transactions, like honest charges do. Terms of rebate are too difficult to meet, I would bet a very low percentage of customers actually get thier rebate. We had booked a bus tour to Nova Scotia in June and purchased the insurance in case we had to cancel because I have a lung condition which sometimes becomes worse. I became ill in July and did visit my regular physician, who prescribed medication, but I was unable to get to see the specialist until August. We canceled our Trip July 3. Its discrimination really, apartment 94 just signed a lease for $1430 per month, he had no rent increase, why did my rent go to $1530 per month with a $130 increase? I purchased a razr phone in January from Cellularchoices.com (company InPhonic Inc). It was free after rebate. I had to wait 6 months to send in rebate form and my cell phone bill. Hello, my first complaint is about the Home Depot in Newington, CT, located on the Berlin Tpk. We had a new storm door put in. The installer was a man who did not speak English, was in a horrible mood, and did a lousy job installing the door!
