Mercedes Publishing (AKA Knowles Publishing) called our place of business aggressively marketing an OSHA manual. Never did we agree that we wanted this manual. It was sent out anyway. He was rude, he yelled, and then hung up, when we repeatedly stated that we did not order this manual and wanted to return it. Be careful with solicitors from this company. In November of 2007 payment in FULL was made to this company for our wedding photo service as well as our DJ service and we have YET to receive a finished prodcut. I have call the company in ga now i'm trying this way. The lids/caps are so tight on 50% of the bottles in a 12 pak. that I must get a pair of wire pliers to help me open it. In March of 2001 the Wyoming Highway Patrol seized about $10, 000. worth of AMEX travellers checks from me. Subsequently they turned the checks over to the US Secret Service. The US Secret Service held the checks for three years until 2004. I was never charged with any criminal offence regarding these checks. This is my 3rd visit to this place. 1st visit was the x-ray and general examination. 2nd visit was for tooth filling. They charged me $180 even though my co-pay was $about 130. On my third visit I paid $150 when I had to pay then $50. They credited me the difference between $180 and $130 from the 2nd service during the 3rd service co-pay ONLY when I asked them. Me and my husband both work, and with the economy we try to get a bargain.But i had to get gas and after i put gas in my car i drove for a little while then the car died, i had to get it towed i relized, that when we got our car back from the mechanic the gas had messed up the fuel filter the injectors and the fuel sensor. This company calls and harrasses people to pay debts that are out of stat. They call and make horrible threats about executions from judges, a visit from the Sheriffs or Marshalls, and even go as far as to threaten one's credit report on accounts/paper they can't report. Enclosed with my trial they explained additional monthly supply for $49.95 would be shipped unless cancelled within 14 days of order date. I ordered on 4/28 and cancelled on 5/6. TLG charged my account $139.99 but were unsuccessful because they had the wrong expiration date. At first I had no clue as to why this was being charged. Sunday, May 17, 2009 we picked up our many dogs from the PetSmart Queen Creek, AZ hotel. Cashier 296982 was very, very abrupt and rude.
