I bought a warranty on the used car I purchased from Feldman's. They told me that it could be canceled at any time...within 30 days would get me a full refund...after 30 days wuld get me a pro-rated refund. I was due over $1, eaf6a400.00, and instead of returning the money to me, they added it as credit on my car. This was not where the money came from...nor is it where I asked it to be credited. I received the following email response from the Frew Group Inc. It appears they claim to deal with Online Investments. This raised a flag for me right away. They claim a salary of $2300 per month for 2-3 hours part-time work and as high as $3000. I received notice today that SAI/APXCastle Rock Alarms is sending me to collections for the entire term of the contract, plus the equipment, installation and other fees. I have had the system on bypass since then because the sensors have ceased to work. My wife took her 2000 Mercury Villager Sport to have the front end aligned and have the thermostat changed and have the sensor and cooling fan checked. It took over a month to get an appointment I called in the beginning of April and the next available appointment was May 22nd! I went for a tour at Morningstar Senior Living down in Applewood, Colorado and I was greeted by the employees in the most rudest ways. Who greets their guest with a stare down and an evil glare? CSN Stores runs Racks and Stands.com and it should be called RACKET and Stands! We ordered what we thought was a modular set of cabinets for our stereo only to get one small box containing ONE small cube cabinet for $119! It seems if you click the tiny print and click again and scroll down they explain that the "set" is actually sold in pieces..costing hundreds of dollars. I now have to pay to ship it back AND a re-stocking fee. I guess the re-stocking fee holds them over until some other poor sucker gets duped by their deceptive ads. Called to have 1 deadbolt installed, 1 deadbolt replaced, keys the same for the new deadbolts and to have one deadboat fixed. Was rushing and was told the deadboats would be $195 and $145. To drill the hole would be $150 and each deadbolt would be $40 to rekey. I was not adding in my head the different amounts but I was aware the prices seemed high. I spent an hour on my cell phone trying to get this corrected. I got hung up on, they played like they couldn't hear me until I said I was making a police report. They refused to refund the charges and I did not order, authorize, receive ANYTHING. I have been to your store at 1094 Hines rd. in York, Pa. several times but have been unable to do any shopping most of the time because they only have one motorized riding cart for the disabled and most of the time it is unmavailable.
