I ordered my free product in Nov 2008. I Canceled Dec 2008 when I was billed on my credit card. I canceled thru the live chat on the web site. Afterwards I received two more bottels and was billed for them I called and was told to return the item refused and they would refund me. 6 months later I am still trying to get my refunds they said I would receive and now they are saying they have no record of me canceling until Feb 2009 when I received the third bottle and called about that refund. I bought a car from Aloias Folsom Lake Nissan in July of 2006. After some haggling, we came to an agreement on a price with gap coverage and a bumper to bumper extended warranty. The price is a lot for me hence the settling after knowing the vehicle would be covered for any problems. The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. I had a RAW SEWAGE backup in my basement from a blockage on the street via MSD. The pitiful response I got from the IDS Restoration Company was very disappointing after MSD all but insisted I utilize THEIR clean-up crews! I bought the software restorer 2000 from bitmart ( www.bitmart.com) and it does not perform the function it is advertised to - absurd, really, but there you go.
