This company advertises a free test trial that in fine print guarantees nothing. They send out trial that takes five to seven or more days shipping so no trial of product is allowed. Mine was sent to wrong zip and came to late to try. I called to cancel on day they gave me as due and they had already charged my card and said it was too late. I have ordered a pair of shoes with wheels just like heelys online last March 7. They say that delivery will only take 2-5 days. I went on-line browsing one day. I found Saving Smart.com. I thought it looked like a good deal. One I started navigating thru the program and inputting some of my information I realized I didn’t like the terms, etc….So, I backed out of the website and canceled my information…or so I thought. We just got a Redbox put in our Wal-Mart and decided to check it out since it was cheap. We used our debit card and was charged correctly for 2 movies. Today I discovered that a company called www.FunChatting.com was sending sexually suggestive text messages to my 11 year old son's cell phone. They send these messages several times per day, and for each message that they send, or to which you reply, they charge you $1.99 to your wireless bill. I was admitted to the emergency room overnight, misdiagnosed, and released in worse condition then when I arrived. The doctors Stuck needles in my spine, put dye in my blood to run a cat scan, and gave me blood. All of these services were not nessecary and very invasive. This company has the WORST business practices I have ever encountered. After being told a price by phone to get my vehicle out of their storage, I went to retrieve it. Upon arrival, I was informed they didn't take checks. I asked about credit cards, and was told cash only. I misplaced the pin that inserts into the Zen which you can then plug a mini usb cable into for charging. I tried to order one through the company but they have discontinued it. I tried to order 3rd party but everyone was out of it. I called Creative to ask how i was suppose to charge my $400 investment in their product? They hung up on me eventually. I have one of their Tankless Water Heaters with a “lifetime” warranty. What they don’t tell you is that repair parts take an extremely long time to get to you. They only ship via US Mail, or so they say. I offered to pay for overnight service but they refuse to do that. Bottom line my family and I have been without hot water for over two weeks while they get around to shipping the parts. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, don’t look for a helping hand, it’s not there. DON’T BUY A S.E.T.S. Tankless water heater. I purchased a refurbished laptop computer from Baylita on July 13, 2006, with the promise of "satisfaction guaranteed". The laptop I received would not charge the unit battery. pure nutrients are a rip off company. They claim to give you a free 14 day trial, which starts from the order date that is on your order # slip. Then when you call the # they provided to say you are unhappy with the product before the trial day is up.
