They tell you that you have 3-business days to cancel your account, and then they turn around and start the 29.95 charges on the second day. You call and cancel on the 3rd day and will not refund you the 29.95 charge on your credit card. They dont live up to there word on the terms and conditions that they specify. This company has several wrongful practices when towing vehicles. After their already inflated towing fee, they tack on and extra $50 for labor, $60 for a "gate fee" (after only an hour of holding), and another $50 for a "storage fee". as I was scanning pictures into my computer for a client, in order to make a memory book, the product popped up and allowed me to make an album - it was a free trial. after spending several hours on it, it timed out and said I had to upgrade for $29.95. so I did and paid this with my credit card. next time i went to access scrapbook, it again said I had to pay $29.95 as if i didn't already pay, even though i have a confirmation number. customer service was conveniently unavailable and i was unable to do anything about it. now, the next day, i can't figure out what to do. read full review »

On March 3 2008 a check 1, 682.02 was sent and cashed for two Safety Cabinets which never arrived.Spoke on the phone with Doug Furnish 5 to 6 times, he assured me the cabinets were in the mail. I soon found out that Doug Furnish had filed chapter 11 which was finilized on February 28 2008, yet he cashed my check on March 6 2008. Pine State Mortgage is very unprofessional and offended me, a prospective home buyer. I have a GE washer that is not even a year old. We called for service on the warranty and waited 10 days for someone to come out just to tell us we needed three new parts and it would be another ten days before the parts would be in. A repairman came out once the parts got here to tell us one more time that now the machine needed a motor. Again seven more days for the part and 3 days for an appt. Purchased approximately $2000 King size bed from Select Comfort in January of 2009. Cannot get mattress to stay properly inflated and bed shows depressions caused by the body on either side. Cannot get the hard center line out of the mattress. Have installed lifts under the air chambers to no avail. Numerous complaints to Customer Service and have elevated to managers(at least that is what I have been told) with no resolution for the problem. I consider the advertisement to be not truthful and that the warranty is usless. I am a very unhappy client. I purchase Bosch washer and dryer a week ago. The washer does not spin properly, thus the clothes are almost wet. The dryer does not dry everything especially the seam and pockets on the pants. You cannot dry wash clothes and towels together because only items close to the sense will dry.
