They want you to send them your info so that they can send you checks that you will have to cash through your bank. They don't have an office, so you have to work from home. Beware of these people. I had my deck treated by Sealmaxx of Colorado about 5 yrs. ago. The 1st year I called and complained that it looked terrible. I was told it needed to be washed off and that they would come out and do it for me. They did and it looked a little better. Every year since it's been going down hill. I bought in August 2008. Screen freezes after turning on the PC. You need to re-start the computer mulitple times. Hard drive was bad within 6 months of use. In addition, technical support is in Asia and they have a REALLY hard time communicating. They sent me a bad hard drive (which required me to spend an additional $230 at Geek Squad to diagnose and replace the hard drive). If your PC and the data is important to you (e.g. business use, photos, videos) DO NOT BUY this product. It has been a very expensive, stressful and frustrating experience. The US Postal Service in Valrico, FL is the worst! For about two months now our mail have been misdelivered and even taped to the wall in the mail box area by neighbors that have received our mail in their boxes. I have called the US Post Office numerous times and have even paid them a visit in person to complain. Yes, they looked at me like I was stupid and they were doing their job correctly. I bought a 5 year protection plan for my satellite radio. The radio malfunctioned just after the manufacturer's one year warranty expired. U-Verse service is not yet ironed out, It will be a good service after about 5 years. I should have know something was up when the supervisor came on the line to make sure you wanted to order it. (Shauld have been a hint) It takes between 4-6 hours to install, and watch how many holes they put in your walls. Also in the day of HD, in most areas you can only watch one HD tv at a time. Beware of Susan Sarao of Violet Meadow Farms, also known as Irish Jacks! The puppies are adorable, but they are imported from mills in Ireland and receive no vetting prior to going up for sale. She does all the vaccinations and worming herself (is this legal?). She also sells puppies with congenital problems and then tries to wait until you bond to them so she can keep your money. On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. I have been a customer of citibank since 2000 and have used their online banking payments and transfers since that time. On December 6 2008, a final auto transfer payment of 3, 250 was completed and I cancelled all future transfers to that account.
