I used my CC for the first time for a transaction of 20K I got a call from hsbc team that there were cash withdrawals on my card on the same day for about 12K in various bank ATM's (and each ATM center is 8 km apart and all the transactions happened in a period of 30-50 mins), I logged a complaint about this after 15 days they sent a letter that they got response from some banks and they reverted that amount, and there were some other banks yet to respond. I rented an RV from American Dream Vacations for the Memorial Weekend and left a $500.00 deposit against damages. I called Neiman Marcus and they said this company in no way is related to them. I ordered jeans and uploaded all my address, credit info etc, and then tried to call them. We had an extended warranty contract on our park model, heat and AC unit, through Heritage TPA in South Carolina. On May 5/9/08 Lake Fork RV & Auto replaced a bad exhaust fan motor and submitted the claim to Heritage TPA. The contract shows their address to be in Lincoln, NE but that is a false address and the phone number on the contract is not their phone number, it belongs to National Administrative Services which is affiliated with Heritage TPA but claims to have no address or phone number for Heritage. This is really not a complaint, but a different point of view from the other 2 complaints. I own a CGR30LP, manufactured by Sure heat. Granted over the last 5 years I have had some issues with it, but the customer service to this day has been fabulous.
