Tuff Shed arrived without vents. I had paid deposit only- would not pay balance until vent were installed. This took 4 weeks and 10 calls. Lots of infighting as to who's fault it was that the vents were not installed and who's account was going to be charged. Finally called district office. I ordered uniforms from this company Dec 07, I returned them Jan 08, I even have the tracking receipt. Since then I have been waiting for a refund. The company does not make an effort to answer any e-mails, and they suggest opening a support ticket, which I did, neither action helped. They owe me $107.48. As a business person I have stayed at this hotel many times as they have always had a computer and printer for travelers usage. The last 2 times I've been there they have had 2 broken computers and printers. I purposely did not print my things out at home so I didn't have to carry them only to get there and no usage.
