I just had Ken Ray Flooring redo floors in my home. Not only was their work unprofessional but Ken Ray is the most unprofessional business man I have EVER worked with. I will never purchase an LG appliance again. Nor will I ever do business at Conn's again. Both have zero customer service. In October 2006 we purchased an LG dishwasher. I received a phone call from a lady promoting online savings through local stores. If I signed up for their membership, I would receive a $100 gift card from Target or Wal-Mart. I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! PHH needs to be investigated because they have hurt hundreds of people. I pay my mortgage. When I first got my home I paid $1052 since then my payment went down to $1012.70 due to my taxes going down. Now all of a sudden my payment is jacked up to $1049. How is that possible?
