In February 2007, Mossy Toyota sold me a 2002 Ford Escort that had a noticeable vibration during the test drive. They do not answer any phone calls (mailbox full is what you get). I sent the faulty battery back to the company with ALL their required paperwork. They promise a turn around of 14 days yet it has been over a month and they will not return my phone calls, faxes, or emails. You can only leave voice mail as no one answers the phone.
