I ordered a fender eliminator for my R1 and was sent a set of frame sliders. I called to report the mistake but it feels like they're stonewalling me. They told me to take pictures and send them to them so they have proof that I'm not lieing. I sent them the pictures and they said it would take no longer than 48 hours for an answer.72 hours later and still nothing so i called them. They kept telling me to wait. When I bought the fender eliminator, the total cost came $49.98 and on my bank statement they charged me $53.23. They said it was a hangling fee, I'm not the smartest but I definitely don't think they handled my order very well. NEVER order from these people.
