I purchased 5 small lanterns for my yard-11'high and about 6" square, they each arrived separately boxed in 3 boxes the outside box was 4 feet by 18" and then the next box was about 3 feet by a foot and the last box was one that fit the product-even the UPS guy I showed the boxes and lantern to was shocked! I have a 2009 Honda Civic with 13, 000 miles that has totally bald tires. The dealership acknowledges that the tires are defective but want to charge me $350.00 to replace them. As of yesterday, 4/23/10, the car FAILED the state inspection for bald tires. I never heard of a brand new car that needs tires in less than 1 year. The dealership refuses to even call me back. On 10/03/2009, my credit card was charged $160.17 to renew my Panda service for 2 more years. In March, 2010, my Panda quit working. I called Customer Service and they e-mailed some instructions for me to follow to get it working again. It did not start working, but on 3/29/2010, my credit card was charged $101.94. This may be an error I made in trying to get my Panda working again, but it still doesn't work, and I am hoping you will refund the second billing to my credit card. All of our websites that we have been hosting via our account with vortech under mpisqlhosting.com have been down for 5 months plus while being hacked and redirected to Russia, etc. We have made numerous attempts to contact Vortech with no return calls. We ordered them to stop billing us and asked our bank to reverse as many of their charges as we could. I was referred to Dr. Getachew after a ruptured brain aneurysm, for which I had had multiple surgeries. I had my doubts about him from the beginning, but I figured that he was just a doctor, someone from whom I could get my anti-seizure prescriptions. Then I decided to apply for disability. When reviewing my bank account, I noticed that FYE has been charging $11.99 using my debit card for 3 months. I had to ask my bank ( TDBank) to close my debt card to avoid further harges. I purchased the conversion box for my tv and hooked my rabbit ears up to it. Looks like there are more channels with dtv, but i cant watch 90-100% of them. Signed up with Adt and direct security services came out to install. Had arrangments with ADT for payment.When u sign up with ADT you sign a contract with direct services the installer. Direct services was not aware of this payment arrangment and canceled my service. I called and spoke to the manager ellison. I spent several emails and phone calls verifying the parts and configuration of one of their products via their documentation and photos supplied. The part they sent was NOT that part and not the correct brackets. They would not own up to their mistake.
