I purchased a grille for my Ford. Upon trying to install it on July 13, it was discovered that the bolts do not fit the Ford frame. I called Steelcraft and spoke with Mike. He told me he would speak with his engineers and call me back the same day. That was a Tuesday. There was no return call. No call on Wednesday. On Thursday, I received an email asking when and where I purchases the grille. I responded immediately. There was still no information on how to resolve my problem and I heard nothing more from Mike that day. Nor on Friday. Nor Monday.
On Tuesday, a week later, I emailed both Mike and Scott (the managing director). I was told a replacement bolt had been found and it would be shipped out the same day 2nd day shipping. I was expecting it to arrive Thursday. It was actually sent ground and arrived Tuesday, a week later. It was the SAME EXACT bolt that I already had...you know, that one that doesn't work. Emailed Mike and Scott. No answered. Called and left a message for Scott to call me. No return call. To date I still have yet to get any response from Steelcraft.
At this point, one can only assume they are not interested in resolving my problem. I even originally asked to have this bolt sent to me unsolder as my husband could make that work. It seems they can't even do that for their customers. I have attached pictures below for proof and I have copies of all email correspondence should anyone wish to see it. I would advise everyone to avoid any dealing with this company.
