I ordered a whole wheat everything bagel with melted chedder & bacon. Oiginally the girl, (as she did last time too) microwaved the sandwich & the cheese. This is used to explain why everything has to be completed within 8 hours or a sale will fall through. Claims to be a mortgage lender who occasionally handles timeshare sales to corporations. I tried ordering on this site and thank goodness it didn't go through. I have called to bank and am watching my account in case it does though. I tried calling and the number is disconnected. After Googling "Head Games" I found out that the site is fraudulent and was taking the money out of peoples accounts and never sending the product. They were also selling peoples credit card numbers. My wife and I went to mcdonalds this morning to purchase a strawberry and banana smoothie. The clerk behind the counter handed us a yellowish drink with a red tint to it. After some debate she ensured that it was in fact the proper item. I applied several payday loans on different websites. I never received any loan inspite of approvals because I discontinued application due to very high interest rates. This company (so-called member services) scammed me of $99.95 . FOR WHAT, I have no clue. I sold some items on eBay, but wasn't paid. But, they still charged me fees for them. I contacted them to dispute the amount they claimed I owed, but they just ignored my emails or sent me 'canned' responses. They then managed to debit my checking account without my permission, even though I'd told them there was not enough funds in that account, I was disputing the amount owed and DID NOT give them permission to withdraw the funds. I entered into a service contract with East Coast Mechanical on 07/12/2010. The contract covers labor and parts for all appliances stated in the contract. A week or so later I called East Coast Mechanical for a repair to my refrigerator. The serviceman came and fixed it but said he needed to order a part. Two days later I received a call from a company representative informing me that there would be a charge for the part even though parts are covered under the contract. Do not loan Joseph Edward Diggs, aka Jamaar Diggs, any money. He borrowed $1200 from me, signed contracts to repay the money, then disappeared. The last I heard his name was when a creditor called me asking whether I knew his whereabouts; he had defaulted on a car loan for which he used me as a reference. Some may consider $1200 a small amount of money, but it's the principle of the matter. I tried to help this person and he essentially stole money from me. Last Saturday (July 24, 2010), after several years of having "weird" readouts and adjustments at the dealership. my transmission failed on Chicago's Kennedy Expressway. On 19th June 2010, whilst on holiday in Chicago we went to Prudential Gem and Jewelry and purchased 2 x 14 carat gold identity bracelets, one for a male, and one for a female. I went to walmart to cash my payroll check, as I have many times in the past, but was told that my check could not be cashed. I submitted all the required information. I was given a slip of paper with the name of Certesy check services and a phone number to call for an explanation. I used my cell phone to call from the parking lot. Our account was set up with a manager so that there was not a $500 cushion and if our account would fall below $0 the debits and checks were to not be paid. Before we did this we would get hit with fees as my husband would not always notify me of his transactions and would cause the account to be overdrafted --- so I had it stopped. Ron Irvin of Southpark Apts in Indiana is a slum lord. Him and his wife are rip off artist. I am POA for my god son who is the army. He signed a lease in advance of the next school year at ISU but told the Irvins that he was in army and he may have to leave. The deposit was $250.00 which 3 people paid who would live there. after Him being notified by ISU that he would not be able to go there. It is my opinion that Maureen Penfold is a bad realtor and should not be trusted. I think that she doesn't care whether you get the house that you want.
