Omega travels to the moon but its service sadly fails!! About a year ago I purchased a vintage Omega watch and subsequently left it with the Omega service agent in Dubai for servicing. They subsequently broke the glass and damaged the dial however never admitted to damaging the dial until I went to collect the watch.
