This is reg the Pizza Hut outlet located near TGI Friday's in Tourist Club Area. We hv not been visiting this particular outlet coz on earlier occassions also we 've had bad experiences. The staff has a care-a-damn attitude towards customers.They even talk rudely.So, long back we stopped goin here. But after a long gap we decided to go there again.We are a family of 4(incl 2 kids).It was a Saturday eve n 7:30pm.the attendant there was not at all polite when we asked for a proper seat.It was not at all a busy time for them, still she was not attending to us. Finally, we got a seat where there is TV goin on with full volume. We have come to hv dinner n not watch TV with news in Alien language.In after requesting her to lower the volume twice, she just carried on pretending to be too busy.We got fed up n decided to leave as we had had a busy day n wanted a peaceful dinner.She did'nt even acknowledge our just leaving the table.So, even after years their attitude has not changed, might the staff is new by now, but still they dont believe in customer Service, particularly this one in Tourist Club.We have not faced problems in other outlets.Its high time they changed their behaviour coz customers come for the food n proper service, we can go to eat at other places also. Later u wont hv choice once customers decide to change theirs.
