I ordered a couple of items from this website. Paid for it immediately through Paypal. After not recieving my product I sent several emails, and tried calling this "company" multiple times. I never recieved a call back or email. I then filed a dispute with Paypal. they revieved the situation and filed in my favor to give my money back. But then...I recieved and email from paypal telling me there was going to be a delay in payment because and echeck payment from Gregory Lamey was declined by the bank. So I still have no product, no money and no one will communicate with me. Stay away from this site. read full review »

http://www.asys.com.au looks real, looks professional, has good pricing, but that appears to be all they have. Emails are never answered, faxes are not answered. No delivery made of purchased items, even after funds have been cleared through credit card purchase. They have taken my money $2753.09 from the visa card, and have not heard from them since. I wish that i had found this site a month ago when i ordered from this sister.. a couple of people from facebook recommended her. I saw her site i thought all the stuff on there looked GREAT!!.. Saddly i made 2 orders with this sister..One on my card & the other on my husbands card.. right off the bat she double charged both cards. I had to call her to fix it.. So then she told me my orders would be sent within the next week. 2 weeks passed i never heard from her or got my orders.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My bespoke order was taken and i paid upfront a four figure sumfor my special order kennels, delivery was promised in 2 weeks. 8 weeks later my order turned up danaged and not to my specification, i refused delivery, and was then told by tolvi besically 'tough luck' after weeks of emails letter i informed trading standards and threatened with legal action, they then agreed to remake my order to the original correct specification within 2 weeks. I received the item in a timely manner, however when I contacted the company (everyday) to return the item, they replied wanted to know what was wrong with the item. I have spent each day after sending pictures, explaining what is wrong and not once have I gotten a response to my original request. Now 5 days later, I STILL have not received information on where to return for refund. THE PRODUCT is not authentic as advertised! I am so frustrated and disappointed! I ordered 9 scarves from her and had to ask twice when they were being shipped, when I finally received them 3 weeks later they were all wrong. When I e-mailed her to tell her that the items were incorrect response was we don't ship other than what was pictured. I thought that I was buying a DVD from them for $2.97. I did not know that I was being enrolled in a monthly program for services I probably would never receive, and certainly could not afford. I live on a fixed income, so $57.93 even once hurts. The phone number they gave on the website for the US is not a valid number. They do give an address in UT. The company is based in Malta. I called for a week after their allotted delivery time has elapsed and every day they assured me that my order would come in tomorrow. they were having a victory lane sweepstakes game and you had to go on line to www.savemart.com and click on the game logo to register and type in your 9 digit code to see if you win. Evey time I tryed there was no click on game logo and no such thing i could find. I have at least 200 of these and could never use them. I ordered a Pizza from my local Pizza Hut online and after I did so a screen popped up offering me £10.00 off of my next pizza if I filled out a questionnaire, which stupidly I did. I then found that my bank account has been debited with a £10.00 fee and they say that this will be done monthly. Whatever for. I recently made a purchase from goodiphones company for a Nokia N900 for $330.00. I dealt with this company besides at the time they were listed on ECPlaza.net which I thought made them legitmate.
All my correspondence was with Mr. Tracy Chen. After placing the order and sending the funds I have never heard from them again. I did contact ECPlaza and explain the situation and to them and they contacted the company and since they did not resolve my purchase they have since removed them from site.

Don't buy from them! I bought a camera and i payed. They say that their paypal is not working so i used wire transfer. I was cheated A woman named Trista told me that the money are not in the bank. For a week she was typing me 2 messages every day. Then she stopped. I've tried to call to their cell phone but it is stopped. She is not replying me and i can't do nothing.

We have just been had by this very slick operation. They have a fabulous website, but ask for payment then show customs forms requesting money to avoid sequestration. They promise fast delivery and show all sorts of accreditations including PayPal. The name of the individual we dealt with is Chong Zhang. His bank account with the Bank of China Acc 628583020001929 happily accepted our 876 Euros then wanted 275 Euros to avoid sequestration by Customs and provided a plausible copy of the document.
