After recieving my lace gown and matching jacket, I noticed the jacket they sent was the wrong size, I have sent them 6 'e'mails about their mistake, all of them have been ignored, as my wedding is drawing nearer and the panick is setting in I phoned them from the UK, they told me that a ladder was in the middle of the floor and that as I was calling long distance to hang up and they would call back in 5 mins. I am still waiting!! You also need to know that they say their dresses are designer not, in their own words 'cheap Chinese knock offs' but my gown and jacket have made in China labels on them, the dress is of a lovely quality but the jacket is rubbish! It has threads hanging from it and the seams are puckered, BEWARE!!!
