Ever since I've had this crappy internet service, I have had nothing but trouble with the speed of my(computer's)! I pay for a full month and only get to use my computer like I want maybe half of the month! I call and complain and all I get is I'm over my thresh hold! Hello, We hired Gold Star to move our household goods including some packing. They significantly overcharged us. Of course, we were forced to pay, since they had everything we own in their possession. I had a horrible experience all around with movers. Nationwide Relocation Services is a broker who hires shoddy and unethical companies to move your belongings and gives you a cheap quote and then the movers overcharged me by lying about the weight of the belongings and I only was refunded when I demanded to go to the weight station to see them weigh it. They never weighed it in the first place but took the estimated weight and charged based on that. That's illegal as they are supposed to weigh everything. They didn't need anything in writing to charge me. I called my credit card company, now my account is on hold until I get new cards with new numbers. I called netzero to set up a dial up month to month service. I checked my billing status and found that netzero had signed me up for hi speed and a 12 month plan. I was also told I would be charged $25 dollars for cancellation. I have repeated their mistake numerous time. Netzero said I authorized this plan. I did not and never would.
