I do not have any outstanding on my PCO connection. The line is disconnected for non-payment. When i call customer care, i am told it is a error due to a mistake from their billing dept. This is not the first time this is happening. I register a complaint but without any action. Advertises "High-speed, low-latency, gaming compatible, comparable to cable" speeds and has major lag and customer service issues. Waiting on the phone for 15-30 minutes (wonder why?) only to listen to some tech give you a novel of excuses about why you aren't getting better service. I hired this moving company in April. We negotiated a price and I understood that it would be a 3hr minimum (1hr was for drive time, gas, etc., while the other 2 hrs would be moving time). It has been my experience just now not to purchase the extended warranty from Sears when it comes to exercise equipment. We purchased a NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 on March 11, 2008. When I saw the Armadillo I said "that's the hose for me". It arrived in about 5 days, and I immediately hooked it up to my pool. Stay away from Starband. The service the offer is not worth the price they charge. I've had the service for 5 years and now that they use the "FAP" Fair Access Policy the service is worse than before. They have over sold their bandwidth and have saturated the transponder. Like the other satellite ISP's the FAP is worthless. A gig a week is nothing. I had to rebuild a PC and after downloading all MS updates, my service was turned off.
