Academic Profs is a website which claims to sell custom written term papers for students, but never delivers. I was promised my paper by 3/27, which also cost extra. It is now 4/1 and still no paper. I returned an unopened modem in the same package it was sent to me. I followed their requirements for return items and sent it UPS return. They refused to refund my money, saying the item was damaged. They did not notify me nor UPS of any damages. I called to check after 30 days of waiting for my refund only to have them tell me the item had been destroyed, it was damaged upon reciept and there would be no refund. I recently did the referral site get 4 friends in the attempts to get a DS. Ive done many referral sites so I can get referrals quickly and easily. I got the 4 referrals needed for my account and sent it in for approval. Worst Customer service ever!! The line for my business phone was not working so they had a technician come out and he "supposedly" called our building security to get the phone box but our security guard didn't pick up. #1.
