On my AT&T home phone bill I was billed for a monthly service called "cheap2dial tel" with a billing agent named "USBI" They told me when I called that I had contracted "online" with their company for service and they would send me an email to confirm that. I (probably unwisely) gave them my email address... They told me I could call back and ask for credit after recieving the email confirmation that I had indeed subscribed. I called iPower sales to upgrade my webhosting. When they upgraded my contract to "Premier Plus" I lost the ability to maintain my website wtih their tool WebCreator (CM4all). After 2 hours on the phone with iPower tech support, I was told there was nothing they could do other than spend several 100 hours to rebuild my website. They had no backups or any way to restore the files. We purchased a Eureka upright vacuum cleaner (4750 Series) on May 31, 2009 from your McMurray, PA store. The vacuum came with one bag and that store location did not carry the replacement bags. We were told by a store associate that that particular model vacuum cleaner was new and they would be getting the bags in soon. I subscribed to Etisalat Iphone 3G service using my existing number. They had 1 prepaid and 4 postpaid plans. I picked postpaid plan number 4, which includes 500 minutes talk time, 300 smses and 2GB of 3G internet usage for 500 AED/month. We hired Meyers to pick up and store everything we owned for approx 2 weeks and then deliver it to our new home. To make a very long story short, The pick up went well. The motherdairy booth operator in 903, Arjun Marg DLF Gurgaon is cheating the public. The unit prices of items are deliberately not fed in the machines. These are typed in each time. This gives plenty of scope to the operator to overcharge. When it is detected, he immediately tears up the bill mumbling sorry sorry. Most of the time we do not have the correct unit price to compare. He particularly targets old ladies, servants, illiterate people. Every night during the unlimited hours of the BSNL Home 500 plan the net regularly gets disconnected and unless i manually restart the modem it does not reconnect. Also the speed is quite slow too.
