They had responded to my e-mail address with an order cancellation number as well as, a refund issuing number...that was on July 9th. I paid $220 which was half the balance mean while got charged for other things and was asked to buy a full year of hosting also to convert my "not yet built site" to cell phone site, for a fee of course. This company is a fraudulent company. I bought an F1 ticket in April 2008 & paid by bank transfer the sum of £319 for a Silverstone F1 ticket which i never received. All my calls & emails to them were mostly unanswered. They sent me a dodgy email with what looked like a scanned receipt for a refund to my bank account. The money was never received. I placed an order for a set of backup tapes almost two weeks ago. Datatechstore.com's website listed the items as in stock and ready to ship. My credit card was charged immediately, but I have not received the tapes or even a shipping confirmation. I have emailed the company twice requesting a status of the order, but have received no responses. Calls to their phone number only go to voicemail, and I have not been contacted regarding the messages I have left. In 2006 I purchase a Sharp Flat Screen tv for over $2, 000 plus a Repair Master service plan which provides in-home repairs. In June 2009 the set lost sound. I called to apply my contract with Repair Master to the repair. First I was told I did not register the set in 2006 however my notes indicated I did. I was called by Thompson Heating and offered a furnace inspection and tune-up for $58. I agreed to this service. While servicing my furnace the service tech. showed me what appeared to be holes in my heat exchanger and that CO Carbon Monoxide was leaking into the air in my house. They sold me an expensive warranty guaranteed to protect me and my furniture and to honor repairs for up to five years. WHen I called to report the repair, they sent me a 4 or 5 page application to fill out and got back to me 2 weeks later!! Then they said that too much time had passed since it was reported so they would not fix the piece. There are several online complaints that are just like mine. They were also nasty on the phone and I contacted Bob's furniture and insisted they send someone. However, I paid for Guardman service and did not have any assistance. Notified them and they said they would give me 30% off on the other two shirts, which were not processed. These are fast e-mail communications (IM speed). I told them to cancel the orders. I went to make a purchase with my debit card and was told it was declined. I told the cashier that it had to be a mistake and told her to swipe it again. It was declined. So I gave the cashier some cash I found in my wallet and walked out the store embarrassed. I have to vent on the horrible experience I had recently with Avis out of Boston Mass. I am a premier member with Avis and had no real complaints prior to this. I rented a car at Boston Aiport. I have a Faucet that is just over a year old, and it has since gone bad. It is a PULLOUT spray model, and it won't activate and sticks between the spray and stream. I ordered a white gold with CZ stone nose stud after reading on the website that this company differs from the rest in that they sell only the highest quality nose studs. The stone fell out of my nose stud within a week. When I contacted the company for a replacement, they said I should have purchased a stud that had claws as to hold the stone in place. I did buy a stud that has claws. They will not stand behind their product at all. I paid almost $30 for something that I wore less than a week.
