I ordered a Palm Treo leather phone case from this company's website. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong item. First, they wanted me to pay for shipping again for their error. When asked for a shipping label, they responded with "we will fax one to you in a few days" and won't send the correct item until the incorrect one is returned. This company will not give out a phone number for customer service & takes a day or two to even respond to their email. Poor customer service!! read full review »

I have been attempting to work with Verizon for over three weeks so that I don't get a message telling me that my outgoing message was not sent because Verizon believes it to be spam. I have spoken with and chatted with numerous people at Verizon about this, but no one has been able to do anything about it. I have also sent emails to their 3rd party spam detection service ([email protected]) with the specific emails, but nothing has changed. I am looking to change my services to another provider as a result of their failure to resolve the issue, and I have recently learned that many Verizon users are experiencing the same issues. read full review »

I used Bekins Moving & Storage out of Pottstown PA for an interstate move. To make a very long story short, never never never use this company! They let me down in almost every way possible. I paid for them to pack, store my belongings, and complete the move. The best part of the service was the quote produced in a professional manner. BAIT & SWITCH I made an online reservation on www.avistarparking.com/fasttrack website, and followed the driving directions on the reservation. The first drive I pulled into on Rt 1 & 9 was AviStar Valet. I had a self-park reservation. I showed it to the attendant, and he directed me to "the next driveway down". This was in the dark at 5am. In July of 2010 I requested that a limit be put on the phone - this did not happen ! Furthermore in October the simcard was removed from the phone and low and behold the accounts keep on coming ! I have tried to reach Vodacom by way of thr customer care lines 111 082115 etc no response just get cut off . As soon as the consultant has to come on line the phone cuts out ! This is a complaint about both WalMarts in Lethbridge. It seems to me everytime me and my wife and our 9 month old son do our shopping in either of the two WalMarts we always get followed around by the security, the "undercover" security people. At times I try to ignore it, but it gets tiring. Why do they do this to us? We spend alot money there. We don't just spend a few dollars there we spend hundreds or sometime thousands a year! Order now well over 3 weeks old, and still no product delivered. Duty free billing phoned my home to confirm my card details. I was suspicious and called the bank who promptly cancelled my card. Beware ordering "duty free" products from Australia. HM Customs will mail you a tax invoice, and when paid, will authorise Australia Post to deliver the goods. A few weeks later I received a notice from the Rebate Center that one of the rebates would not be honored due to lack of proof. I ordered a product from acceshop4u.com over 2 months ago. The site "guarantees" delivery. Yet, the product has not been delivered despite this apparent gaurantee. My sister committed suicide 2 years ago. At that time, AT&T sent a number of overpayment checks to her; but since there was no probate of her estate, they were never cashed. The beginning of this month was supposed to be the first collection and to date we have still not received a single collection despite having paid upfront for the quarter. My husband and I bought the running stroller for $200+ and within a month it broke - couldn't fold it up any longer. We'd bought the "extended warranty" with Babies R Us which does NOTHING for you. Once the stroller breaks you have to contact Baby Trend and their policy is that you have to BUY another one, send in your receipt, and then they'll reimburse you the cost. I was contacted by Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. in regards to an incident I had at the McDonald's in Lake Buena Vista, FL where they ruined my digital camera while I was on vacation at Disney from Idaho. They asked me to get a quote for service or replacement of my camera, which I did. They then contacted me telling me that the McDonald's where this occurred had no recollection of the incident and they weren't going to do anything about it. They do not care to stop sending emails even after we told them we will report them, which I don't wish to do, but if I have to we will. We have not even made one purchase order from them, all we did is try to order, but never went through, glad we did not order anything from them. By this companies own admission my package did not arrive during the trial period according to their shipping department. Instead of taking care of the customer they dismissed any responsibility by telling me to hold the Post Office liable. I accepted a no risk trial membership in stamps.com which offered to give me $5.00 in stamps. I also purchased another $10.00 in stamps from them. When I tried to print the stamps, they were not centered on the forms and therefore could not be used. I called stamps.com to cancel my membership and get a refund. They sent forms for me to fill out in order to get a refund and told me that I had to keep my membership open until the refund was complete. I bought a 26 inch MTD snow blower 2 years ago. this would have been it's third season if it had started. Not being able to pull start it I decided to use the handy dandy electric starter. No such luck. When I opened the switch cover one of the screw heads was sheared off leaving the power wire undone. The cause of the motor not starting in the first place was that there was an inch of rust and sludge inside of the fuel tank. How it got there I'll never know. I ordered almost a $100 dollars of cables from Ezonecables.com and their emails claimed it shipped, but the package never arrived. They refuse to answer my emails so I can't get any type of tracking number to find out if the package was actually shipped or not. Their address is not posted on their website so I can't track them down or file a BBB complaint. I had to cancel my credit card and have them try to reverse the charges. What a hassle!
