I regret to say I have been sending this complaint to Westhost, so far, 3 times, from 26/11/2010, 11/1/2011, and 21/01/2011. After 2 hours hanging on the phone, the consultant was not able to give me a valid number to unblock my phone and hang up. To my online complaint, I got the automatic message that I will be contacted in 72 hours and the problem will be resolved within 14 days! Texas Military and family carpet cleaning showed up an hour late the day they were scheduled to clean my carpet. The supervisor was called 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and a person showed up at the house dressed up and not ready to clean the carpet. I ordered Levolor 54" aluminum blinds through Home Depot February 2010. The arrived dented. The problem was obvious to me, that the headrail was heavy and there was no packing material to protect the first few slats. It pushed against the cording, which left impressions ie, dents down the slats. There was no packing to protect the slats from denting by the hook where the wand gets attached.
