I bought a pair of gloves with heaters and after the battery failed, they said that they wouldnt replace. After a few uses they said I could buy a more expensive glove that didnt have the same issues. When I sent a letter to the owner, they agreed it was their fault but had 30 days to get me a new item. All the calls and fighting got me a battery, but it took so long the gloves sat in the closet for this winter so I didnt get to use them. Stay very clear of this company, they sell the stuff and then turn their back on you. read full review »

My partner and I purchased a matress which was deliver on the 26th January. We have had it six weeks and the one side has collapsed. I suffer from a very bad back under under a physiotherapist. I have now been told to take a phote and send it through via e-mail and they will assess the situation. Are there any good phone and broadband providers left out there? First I was with Virgin and ended my contract for being overcharged repeatedly but thats another story... Even though my 90 year mother's local phone service was turned she continued to receive bill from Qwest. When the service was cancelled via phone call she was not told that she had to contact the long distance provider seperately to cancel the service. When Qwest was contacted about still receiving bills 2-1/2 monthes later, that when we were informed that the Long Distance Provider had to be contacted seperately. We were told to call USBI. Long story short, had a critter die in the walls or under the house (most likely a mouse). Hot/cold weather stink was rough. Purchased this expensive ($14.99 for 16 oz) product at Bed Bath and Beyond on the clerks recommendation that it would take care of the problem. Reading the label helped me think that it would help. None whatsoever, cheap scented candles helped more. Heck ejacks gas would have done better. I would not recommend the product. read full review »

I used Servicemagic to find a cleaning company for my oriental rugs, believing that they were a reputable filter for reliable professional service professionals in my area. I received only one call right away. I thought more would call. The man Paul Benhamou came, flattered me that I had valuable rugs and proceeded to quote me approximately 600.00 to clean 3 small rugs, around 70 square feet in total. I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. I know of other cases where those actions have under US Postal laws constituted mail fraud. However, it does no good just saying they are criminals. We have to show that they are. Little did we know that even though she had collect a payment from us for the web site, that she was collecting a payments from sitesell and their "5 Pillar Affiliate Program". Van Tazma Custom 2050 Sw Hayworth Ave, Port St Lucie, FL 34953. Not a terrible paint job, but could have gone to Maaco for the same result and half the price. Poor attention to detail. Received vehicle back dirty. Orange peels, spots, and runs in paint. They did attempt to correct it, but was unsuccessful. I would not recommend anyone going, unless you can get them to charge you only a few hundred dollars, because that's all their paint job is worth. We purchased a International Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Transmissions in July of 2010 for $13, 452.00. The Engine had a massive oil leak coming from the breather tube the moment we started the new engine. We contacted Jasper immediately and they told us to check a couple of things and that maybe the engine had to be broken in and not to call them until it had 100hrs on it. The leak never stopped. They sent us a new engine but never compensated us for the r&r and repairs as they promised they would. ABC Sanitary in Champaign, IL has the worst customer service. The garbage driver took the garbage lid (2nd time) and 2 recycling bins while disposing of garbage. Called ABC and spoke with office manager Krystal. She said the driver denied taking it and said there's nothing else she could do. First, on the back of EVERY receipt AND listed on the big policy board above the service desk, it states" no receipt, no return", that simple. Now, if you received it as a gift and don't have the receipt, be a nice person and give it to someone else or sell it. I bought this model range Aug 2010. I always buy Whirlpool products and have been happy with them. I had a ceramic top stove before this one and loved it. This one, however, is horrible. The ceramic top is impossible to keep clean. I clean before and after use. Grease, etc sticks and you have to clean several times before it comes off. The accubake is not very accurate. We purchased a domain and web hosting service in 2007. When the new invoice came due it stated for web hosting and domain. We paid this invoice in full September of 2008. We have the credit card statements to prove this. This company then took our money and within 30 days canceled our site and then sold our domain to another person. I tried to switch hosting for my website to VistaPages. I chose the 2-year option because the site said the cost would be $5.95 per month. What they don't tell you is that they charge you for the full 2 years all at once.
