I had a viper car alarm system after someone broke into my car. After Best Buy installer installed the alarm my car gave me problems. The day after the installation by new car battery was drain. I was late for work because I had to wait for a garage to jump my battery. My car gave me no problems before the installation of the alarm system. I believe the alarm was improperly installed. I would never recommend having anything installed at Best Buy. They have lost my business and I will never shop at their store again. I recently order some sunglasses and 3 watches from fine-mall.com.When the order arrived, I only received 1 on the watches that I ordered, another one that was substituted and the 3rd did not arrived at all. when contacted, only thru email, they refused to give me a refund on the substitution, and said that they would send the 3rd watch on my next order - like I was going to order from them again. Purchased to try out TVNoop because their customer service said I had 60 days to claim a refund if unhappy. Well, the icpv TV Noop software is the worst I've seen in a long time. Stay away from Equifax. Really poor customer service. You will not get what you pay for. It took over two times just to set up the account. We never got the email alerts and the customer service rep kept blaming us. When we went to cancel the service they kept telling us what we were doing wrong and would not cancel it. I lost nearly $1, 000, after a projected estimated at 4 weeks, took SIX MONTHS, and still wasn't nearly complete. I disputed with guru.com who had my money in escrow, and they still awarded the money to the developer even though the site wasn't functional. I provided 10 examples of where the developer failed and it still wasn't enough for them. Avoid guru.com, and if you do use them, never pay anything in advance, and don't put any money in escrow. I went into the store, and asked for sidewalk sealer. I was extremely descriptive in what I wanted. I get home, apply what I THOUGHT was the correct item. $350.00 later after having to rent a water pressure washer to remove the PAINT/SEALER all over my walkway to my front door.
