Anybody can sell on this site just like on ebay. several problems, the individuals auctions have reserves and you might spend 50.00 trying to win a 150.00 item, you win the item and go to check out and see the reserve price is same as retail price. but not to worry, you dont lose they say. if you do not want to pay the reserve price which is retail overinflated, your lost bid money goes as credit to the 2nd chance mall where again you get to choose from crappy merchandise you can buy anywhere much cheaper. As expressed on website BV fraudulently took a membership fee plus a bond compromised from £3000 to £1500 for guaranteed work which never came to fruition over 9 months and during which I incurred a further £250. No address, will not answer phone and now have their website under permanent maintenance. Lawyer wants to take further but I am not prepared to incur further cost. Chose this company for our loft insulation as they had telephoned several times offering their services. They asked if they could come on morning of Mon 7th Feb. We spent best part of a day clearing our loft and also time away from work for the the fitting. Called the company late morning to advise no-one had showed. I recently uncovered a scammer network that is upstarting trying to steal publishers from another cpa company. I did some investigation, and it turns out they simply use HASOFFERS, a US based ad distributor. They claim they are off-shore and 100% anonymous. They also mention you can avoid taxes, and never run the risk of being liable for their internet spam/scam campaigns. Last May (2010) I was supplied with a new laptop power adapter and battery from this supplier. After 10 days the power adapter blew up and tripped out the whole floor of my office. I have been trying ever since to get hold of them to replace it without a single communication from them. Now the battery does not take or hold a charge. I wrote to them at their UK address to find that the letter could not be delivered. They appear to provide rubbish and do not honor their customer service statement on their website. At BitDefenders online offer, I upgraded from BitDefender Antivirus 2010, to BitDefender Internet Security at the end of Jan2011. The Program worked for aprox. six weeks without problems, after that, I could not perform Full or Deep systems scans. This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My son purchased a magazine form the Kapowwe which came defective and never worked. First, you cannot speak to a human being. They will not answer the phone so if you have a problem, you can only email. secondly, after I returned the product and they sent me a new one they would not reimburse me for my shipping costs. I hired Jeff Major. His company name is THE MAJOR GROUP. Jeff Major was hired to be an adjuster for my family to help us with a claim with an insurance company due to a fire at our home.
