I did a Military move from Pleasant Hill MO to Salem VA. Arpin Van lines was responsible for moving and unpacking my household goods. During the unpacking I was finding numerous items damaged or missing. I made note on all the inventory sheets and brought it to the attention of the unpackers. The glasses didn't work yet they fought us every step of the way. We finally had to file a claim with our credit card company. We went to our optician twice to determine why these lenses weren't working. Both times, they were found to be measured improperly. We offered to send the lenses back and keep the frames. Still, Paris Optique refused to budge. They are helpful and friendly through the buying process, but good luck if you have any issues after they receive your money. Per EBay's guidelines I contacted the seller and they indicated they were finishing the schematic and would email it. Email stroked me until the day I couldn't file a complaint. I have been doing Ebay lately and Parcel Post seems to have a problem getting here un-broken. We have a new carrier who sees fit to hold my packages, leaving me a slip to come pick it up at the PO. Someone at this company is setting the system to call over and over bad numbers and the guy that is in charge of operations is behind it. I feel sorry for the workers who have to put up with calling bad numbers over and over and over and over. File a complaint with the fcc for the workers I hear they work by commission and management lets certain workers call good numbers and harass the one having to call the bad numbers and they are setting it up that way telling them they arent good enough thatw why they cant get good calls. First off, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They not only come in, and do a very quick so they can leave and go onto another house, they charge you extra for recdiculous items. I had to pay extra for them to use a spray bottle on my carpet to clean it. I expected to pay a higher price to use this company, and to get better quality, which didn't happen.
