Well...I have a Kenmore Gas Grill I purchased from Sears on April 20th 2008. The 1yr warranty has since expired but I tried using the grill last night and noticed that the top above the 2 burner controls in the middle was getting very hot. I ordered a product from this co. including the S&H for Fed Ex 2 day delivery. They sent me an invoice, but never sent shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by email and multiple calls to the 800 number, which has a recording saying they're 'transitioning to a new facility' but will be back Monday (today 10/17/07). They never answer the phone or emails. They were extremely quick to charge my Visa, but 9 days later, I still have no product, nor am I able to contact the company. I have a huge issue with Google and Google-bot not indexing well formatted XML (FTML). Even with out the html doc type declared, Google will still assume html and not treat the file/page as xml. Recently - I came across with a person, who bought templategang.com template premium set. They claimed to be providing premium html / flash templates over 5000 + 3000 nos with all source files. We expected what was avertised on this website, but did not get that! This site advertised that they provided certain amenities like a gas grill, clean cottage, free coffee & tea, pest free enviroment. There was no gas grill just charcoal grill, which they stated that after we made our reservations in a confirmation email! They were originally good, but have gone quickly downhill. You pay for 3 hour delivery and might get it in 3 days. The company does not terminate your services after you issue a notice as per their policy. It confirms account closure on phone via customer service, but actually does not terminate your account & continues billing you. It then sends you a bill months ahead asking for payment & when you show them evidence of your notice & all dues paid up it forces you to pay by sending you their lawyers notice.
