Premier life called in the summer about insurance. I asked to BE SENT THE INFORMATION, instead they billed me for insurance. They had my Sears account number, I did not give it to them. I received a letter (finally) in Sept after my calls about not taking the insurance. However, since then I keep getting billed, I have talked to 5 peoples and nothing is happening. My letter from them, states the policy was cancelled and no money was owing. I would never recomment this company to any one, and my Sears card since 1968 is now cut up. They Collect service fee as quickly as possible, but if any thing goes wrong they are always trying to up sell, even to send a person out if the service is not working properly they want a service fee. You would think, that, with a service fee every month they would like to see that the service is working well? No, More interested in collecting rather than service. Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response. I have terminated my post-paid mobile phone line with Starhub since last year. And following that, I have requested multiple times for Starhub to transfer the outstanding credit amount for that post-paid mobile phone line against the cable TV. Babylon Bike Shop on Main Street Babylon NY scammed me. I authorized them to repair my gears and replace rear brakes on my men's bicycle. When I brought the bike into the shop, they suggested that I also replace the tires. Each person I talked to did not listen to anything I had to say. They simply spoke as if they knew my building without ever coming to it. They cancelled my appointment without informing me of the change, and then tried to charge me an extra $150 for a ladder rental that wasn't necessary. I am a builder in Ocala Florida. I hired Alby to install a garage door and fix another. The door they fixed broke after 2 days. I called Albys and spoke with one of the partners and Alby himself refuses to call back after 7 weeks of me calling. At first glance "Sweet edible fruit arrangements" might seem like the better buy over there counterpart "Edible Arrangements" who they got idea from. But as soon as you get to the checkout they make up for their low prices by charging a $20.00 delivery charge. That is rediculous, compaired to "Edible Arrangement" $12 fee. I purchased several 3x5 Bow Net soccer goals. They are a great idea but built in China. Guess what, the design is flawed. If a soccer ball hits the front bottom corner, the metal will eventually break (4 or 5 times), making the goal worthless. Trying to get a replacement or repair is IMPOSSIBLE. Approximately $90 per goal, we purchased more than eight from Bow Net. After a couple uses, you have a net, poles and garbage metal. Bow Net did not follow through with their warranty. My tire had a very small nail in it that was on the outer tread about an inch from the sidewall. I got to the shop 10 minutes after they opened with 2 other people waiting. T Mobile is useless. I was left stranded in the middle of no-where and on the phone to them for an hour, trying to add an extra $15 to my pre-paid sim card. I was staying at a friends address in America, and have an Australian credit card. They wouldn't let me put money on it. The transaction went through on my card 11 times, then cancelled 11 times. I ordered 90 cases of Continental Slate Persian gold tile 18X18. The tiles are terrible quality. I am a paraplegic and postponed surgery to get the tile from a single run. While we were installing there were glue spots from where the cases were glued together. There were other spots which looked similar. When we started to clean tile after installation the majority of the spots would not come off. They are actually drips from glazing sprayers. Unfortunately, everything that they promise at the sales presentation is not true.It is impossible to receive any tech support or training in a one on one situation, even though it was promised as part of our contract.
