I have filed a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I was told by the DCA, that Xelent Staffing is not licensed and therefore, the department can't take any legal action against them, so to recover my money, I would have to take them to Court. They didn't tell you that after 45 days from the date of order they automaticlly send you a 1 month supply for only $69.99 plus shipping charge of $6.98.
