Two months ago I called AHS American Home Services to have an Electrician from IDEAL SERVICES come to check a problem we were having with a short between the Ceiling fans and the electrical outlet our T.V. was plugged into. I purchased a 3-year plan for an office chair that stated "About the only thing MaxAssurance doesn't protect against are failures caused by abuse or misuse of the covered product."
