Consumer Beware! This protection plan apparently does not cover damages incurred while replacing a leaking water heater. In short, sub contractors sent to fix a pressure problem days after the burst heater was replaced, damaged first the water heater then my home pipes. I had a LG front load washer that was a lemon and my extended warranty replaced it after a few years. My LG stove had the electronic board go out so nothing worked and had that replaced within the first year or so. Also my LG refrigerator/bottom freezer is 4 years old and I am on the 5th repair call. The freezer is running 24 hours a day and the stuff in the freezer is thawing. It can not be fixed for 8 more days after 2 already. My sunroom was installed in the latter part of 2004 but the roof has leaked continuously ever since. I had Ultra's local dealer send his installer to repair this problem in 2005 at which time he re-caulked the roof. Its a pain getting this nursery to replace my plants! Last spring my purchase of 4 crepe myrtle trees arrived on time and I anxiously planted them. The trees were all marked Natchez Crape myrtle as ordered but one of the trees in August bloomed pink and the another bloomed purple. Fast Growing Trees advertised "Lowest price online, " but after ordering I found that the crepe myrtle trees at other nursery's online were half the price I paid. Does not give a line item detail of materials used, so you have to make sure you count the excess otherwise they take away the excess materials, but still charge you for them. I have to keep the setting for the refridgerator and freezer far below the normal specified temperature.
