Ordered bar stools on 2/1/11. Charge was applied against my credit card. Got an email saying they were backordered. Finally received my stools today and they are not the color I ordered. I ordered red upholstery, these are gold upholstery. I wish I had read all the complaints against this company before I ordered from them!! read full review »

I have been trying since Sept 29, 2010 to have my Samsung refrigerator ice maker repaired. It took 2 months to get a repair company out and after replacing numerous parts, it still is not working properly and the repair company can do no more. Since the beginning of the year I have tried to get this resolved. I do not get called back or flat out lied to. I keep getting told that they need more information, then they say that a replacement has been found and delivery will be set up. I do not hear back from them.
