If you have received a spam email from ZaagTech, don't buy their cheap touch frame. I had several stability issues with their zinframe. And the product died completely after one month of usage. They don't answer refund emails. And their US phone number 4086349224 is fake (probably a free google voice number). The company came from nowhere. They keep spamming the internet forums, Youtube and sending spam email sales letters. Don't get ripped off by this scam. If you've got ripped off and want to sue them, forget about it. My credit card was debited for the sum of £71.98 with no authority from me. I was coned into the same payment last year following a phone call saying that there was a problem with my computer. I was told that this payment was for 1 year there was no mention of it being for any longer. I am a pensioner and this is a lot of money to me. In one place they say they are from Sevilla (SW of Spain) but their adress is from Pontevedra (NW of Spain). On another site they're from Barcelon (East of Spain), both in Spain. Today June 21, 2011 I received the fourth repair visit for my new Maytag dishwasher. I bought a sidekick flip from tmobile in 2008, and really enjoyed my service. At least I did until I got out of the military and moved back home where my "service" was practically non existent. I ordered a nano 5th generation ipod and had difficulty paying with a credit card and ended up using visa debit.I had to e-mail a few days later to find out what was happening and eventually they processed the order. It arrived from China with a delivery note only, no address. It was a fake ipod. I can not get the company to reply to any of my e-mails and ther is no address to return the ipod. When I contacted the company today to ask what recourse I have. The customer rep said I should have followed the manual on care. I told him I did, follow all the above and beyond instructions and he basically said he can do nothing. I told him about all the complaints I read about on line and he just would not offer any help. I purchased this printer after much research concerning the quality of the print and the amount of ink used. I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. I contacted Garmin about a year ago about my 60 cs powering up for only about a minute. They had an outside agency contact me after I tried twice. The outside agency didn't respond to my emails. I took the unit apart myself recently and the internal battery came loose of the circuit board. Taking some of the board with it. I ordered a cellphone through this company and paid the full amount of 192 euros by bank draft. After 10 days I queried about the cellphone as I had not received it and was informed by Rong2007 that the cellphone was being held in customs and for it to be released i needed to pay another 115 euros within 2 days otherwise the cellphone will be kept by customs for ever. Since I refused to pay the extra 115 euros, I asked for a refund and the answer was negative. I received a Nikon D700 camera body from CameraWorld last week that I ordered on June 11. The camera I received did not come with a Nikon warranty. It appears to be a gray market camera. (serial #2445813) There was no Nikon warranty card in the box and when I attempted to register the camera on Nikon's web site, it would not take that serial number so I could not register for the warranty.
