My Family, have been long time Nissan owners.My husband and 2 daughters are Nissan owners and we have purchased multiple nissan products over the years. My issue is with our 2002 nissan Altima, which is rusting on the front passenger and drivers floor. February 14 2011 went to Stone Mountain Toyota get an oil change which would be at no charge as I have a card which gives you the 6th oil change for free. Was told that the oil change could not be done as the oil pan and bolt needed to be replaced. That it was a very serious situation because there was a bad oil leak. I hired Safelite to fix a very small chip in my windshield. The technician looked at the repair, told me it would be no problem, took my money and began to work on my car. He never mentioned that there was a risk the repair could lead to a crack in my windshield. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard. We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. I went to Balise Toyota little over a 2 years ago to look at used Tundras only to find the sales staff is not very helpful. Besides being way over priced compared to other Toyota dealers, I found the salesman to be pretty put off. Bad mistake, as I went with my mom who was in the market at the time for new top of the line Lexus.So giving me a hard time over a used $20, 000 Tundra probably costed the dealership a sale on a new Lexus that gores for around $80, 000 or more.
