I brought a van from S G automotives in Leicester and from day one there seemed a problem with the van . I went on holiday and came back to find the van didnt start and it had major engine problems ! With the keratin treatment you need to wash it with a special shampoo otherwise it comes out. Despite having told them, the stylist washed the treatment out worth £150!!! I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11 I have not received my order. I was given the car freshener gels as a gift for my new Audi. So you can imagine my horror when i returned to my car to find what looked like gel ontop of my change holder above the gear stick. First i did not realise what it was then as i started to drive i noticed the freshener drip.
